Es pica la carn, es pasta i es sotmet a maceració un període no inferior a 48 hores en cambra frigorífica, es deixa reposar i s’emboteix en tripa natural. S'elabora al forn de Sant Jordi de Folgueroles, per Xavier Puigseslloses, el qual ha rebut del Departament d'Agricultura, Ramaderia i Pesca de la Generalitat de Catalunya, el diploma de mestre artesà alimentari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Elaboracio:&lt;/strong&gt; s’elabora amb farina seleccionada preferentment del país, aigua, oli d'oliva, matafaluga, sucre, pinyons, anís i sal. El procés d'elaboració està basat en el plegament de successives capes de mantega a dins de la massa.
